The possession or use of nitrous oxide for inhalation without proper medical authorisation is an offence in many jurisdictions and may result in legal penalties.

Users of the Whippitz platform must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Whippitz app or website, you confirm that any products ordered or discussed are intended solely for lawful culinary or food-preparation purposes.

Whippitz may verify your age and identity and reserves the right to decline service if verification cannot be completed or if we reasonably believe the intended use is unlawful.

3. Product Safety
   Whipped cream chargers contain pressurised gas and must always be handled responsibly. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully before use.

• Use no more than 1 charger per ¼ L or ½ L whipper and no more than 2 chargers per 1 L whipper.

• Over-pressurising can cause injury or equipment damage.

• Do not pierce chargers without the correct equipment.

• Do not expose chargers to heat, open flames, or direct sunlight, and do not store above 50°C.

• Do not transport on aircraft or incinerate.

• Keep out of reach of children and dispose of empty chargers safely.

Whippitz is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, inhalation, or any non-culinary use of its products.

4. Orders and Acceptance
   4.1 Submitting an order through the Whippitz platform constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when Whippitz confirms the order.
   4.2 We may decline or cancel any order if we suspect misuse, non-compliance, or product unavailability.
   4.3 If stock is unavailable, Whippitz may offer an equivalent or premium substitute.
   4.4 Orders are considered final once confirmed. Terms may be updated periodically.

5. Pricing and Payment
   5.1 All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the checkout page and include applicable taxes where required.
   5.2 In the event of a pricing error, Whippitz will notify you and offer the option of refund or correction.

    10.4 Users must not provide false information, misuse tracking features, or interfere with app functionality.
    10.5 Whippitz may suspend or restrict access for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behaviour.

11. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whippitz is not responsible for:

• Misuse or inhalation of pressurised gas

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including delay or loss of profit

• Minor substitutions, variations, or reasonable delivery delays

Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property
    All Whippitz branding, logos, content, app code, and design materials remain the exclusive property of the Whippitz Digital Team.
    Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited without prior written consent.
